FAQs
What is TMap?
Founded in 2017 by former Angie’s List leadership, TMap was designed to help solve Indiana’s looming workforce shortage. The data platform surfaces out of state talent with the connections and skills that make them likely candidates to relocate to Indiana and fill roles in the local business community.
What is the talent like?
Most of the recruits are graduates from Hamilton County high schools who have left the state and are ready to move back. We’re targeting roles that many of our businesses are in need of including: software engineers, sales, customer service and executive leadership.
How much does this cost?
Funding granted by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners and Council financed the initial campaign work to identify and target interested candidates. Subscribe to the pipeline of qualified candidates starting at $200/mo or opt for traditional placement services for 12.5% of first year base compensation.
